سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
نوفر لك في عود أبسلوت سياسة استبدال واسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.
ولكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يشترط أن يكون بحالته الأصلية تمامًا كما تم استلامه.

نرجو منك فحص الطلب فور استلامه، والتواصل معنا مباشرة إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو معيبًا أو إذا استلمت منتجًا غير صحيح، حتى نتمكن من معالجة المشكلة بأسرع وقت ممكن.
عند قبول طلب الاستبدال، سيتم شحن المنتج البديل خلال 3 أيام عمل.
في حال تمت الموافقة على الاسترجاع، سيتم إرجاع مبلغ المنتج المدفوع ماعدا رسوم التوصيل، بطريقة الدفع نفسها خلال 3 أيام عمل.
سنقوم بإعلامك فور بدء عملية الاسترداد.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Oud Absolute, we offer a return and exchange policy within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, exactly as received.

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days.
If a return is approved, the paid amount for the product will be refunded except the shipping cost through the original payment method within 3 business days.
We will notify you once the refund process has started.
